To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to revoke their purchase contract.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lightsaura.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund was approved. We do not refund return shipping costs unless the product is faulty (Redemption fees £5). If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days.
